Guest arrival is from 1pm on Friday (no earlier, as this creates a traffic hazard). If you are towing a caravan or camper trailer, arrival is from 2pm to alleviate traffic congestion. Workshops begin at 3:15pm so you’ll have plenty of time to settle in.

Gates remain open until the Opening Ceremony at 7pm.

Absolutely! Each year, many women make the brave decision to come alone and they are not disappointed.

There is a grounding and connection circle on the Friday afternoon for solo women and women who are attending for the first time. There are also lots of magical spaces that are lovingly created for connection and friendships to form. We hope you decide to join us, and if you do... we can't wait to welcome you at the gate!

Yes — we offer Zip Pay and Afterpay at checkout through Humanitix.
We also offer extended payment plans (up to around 30 weeks) when tickets are first released, usually from May each year, allowing you to spread payments over
time.

All tickets include access to the full weekend — workshops, activities, entertainment, unpowered space for camping, toilets, and showers and a complimentary herbal tea station.

Catered tickets include dinner (Friday & Saturday), breakfast & lunch (Saturday & Sunday).

Self-catered tickets - You will need to bring your own cooking equipment and refrigeration.

Optional add ons include bunkhouse accommodation, cosy camping, caravan passes and merchandise packs.

Individual sessions with massage therapists, readers and healers are available at an additional cost.

No — Fearless is a full weekend experience from Friday through to Sunday, and we don’t offer day passes.
The gathering is designed as a journey, where connection and community build across the weekend.
From experience, attending for just one day can feel disconnected, so we only offer full weekend tickets.

As a small, self-funded event with limited capacity, we’re unfortunately unable to offer companion tickets or discounted tickets. We work hard to keep
pricing as accessible as possible while covering the costs of the event.

In February of each year we open applications for subsidised tickets to help make Fearless accessible to women who are struggling financially.

Fearless is an 18+ event.

The only exception is babes in arms (up to 12 months old).

We’re unable to offer refunds, including in cases of illness or last-minute changes (as per terms and conditions).
You’re welcome to sell your ticket. Name transfers can be completed through Humanitix.

Campsites aren’t allocated in advance. If you’d like to camp together, we suggest arriving at the same time (from 1pm) so you can choose your space together and save spots for your group.

Yes, you can camp in your car and you can park your car right next to where you set up your tent.

Yes, but you will need to purchase a caravan pass (booked via Humanitix), and you’ll be allocated a bay on arrival. Caravan sites are drive-in and guided by traffic wardens.

Yes— this can happen between 2pm and 3pm on Friday (no earlier). Your partner is welcome to pick up your caravan from 3pm on Sunday (no earlier).

No— there is no power to campsites, caravan sites or glamping tents.
You can charge phones at Headquarters, though we recommend bringing a portable battery pack.

We have a communal fire in Harmony Village for everyone to gather around safely. Generators are too noisy and the fumes from diesel heaters impact neighbouring campers.

No — There are no guest cooking or refrigeration facilities available.

We cater for gluten-free and vegan diets. For specific intolerances or complex dietary needs, we recommend self-catering.

There will be no food vans at the event.

There will be a coffee van to purchase coffee. Water and ceremonial cacao will be available for purchase at Headquarters.

Guests with self-catered tickets must bring all of their food with them.

Guests with catered tickets are encouraged to bring a few snacks.

Cash can be helpful for coffee, market stalls and therapy sessions, although most stallholders will also have EFTPOS.

Yes— we’ll send a packing list 2 weeks before the event. We recommend preparing for all weather conditions and bringing suitable camping gear.

Yes. There are 8 showers in a central location. Toilets are conveniently placed throughout the whole property.

Yes - there will be a coffee van and a complimentary herbal tea station.

No — simply attend the workshops you feel called to. If one is full, there will always be other options available.

Therapist details are released a couple of weeks prior to the event. Although some therapists take bookings before the event, most bookings are made
onsite once you arrive.

Applications to be involved in Fearless open from September to December each year. If you don't apply during this time, unfortunately you will need to wait until the following year.

A foam mattress and bedding are provided. We recommend bringing an extra blanket for warmth and your own pillow.

A bed and mattress are provided. Please bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow, and bedding.

There are 34 beds across three shared rooms.

No— dogs are not permitted

Reception is limited, although you can usually make and receive phone calls.

Phones can be charged at headquarters.

You’re free to leave if you need to, though we strongly encourage everyone to stay onsite to fully experience the weekend.

This gathering is designed as a fully immersive journey from beginning to end, and from past experience we’ve found that when people come and go it can shift the energy of the space and impact their own experience. For this reason, we would really prefer that participants stay for the whole weekend so they can fully drop in and embody the experience.

We have an accessible toilet onsite. If you have specific needs, we recommend contacting us beforehand to discuss suitability and arrange a site visit.

Headquarters (HQ)is your central support space where you will find First aid and a mental health support team.
If anything comes up for you, support is available and you’re encouraged to reach out.

No - Fearless is a drug and alcohol free event.

We follow a leave no trace approach.

Each guest will receive a rubbish bag in their welcome pack, and we ask that you take all of your rubbish home with you at the end of the weekend.
